P: (AI) Remove Distractions "construction cranes"

Hello,
Can the AI "Remove Distracting Elements" be supplemented with the "Construction Cranes" function?
It takes a lot of effort to remove all the annoying construction cranes individually.

      And with “tongue in cheek” facetiously suggest Adobe also add- Television aerials, Smoke-stacks, Wind-vanes, roosting birds, meteor showers. 😉

      But yes, I am a keen believer in tidying up my images, and not yet keen to rely on AI tools.
