P: AI "Select Window mask" option in Lightroom Classic (for real estate)

I's relatively easy to make a named standard mask (with more than one subselection) and then apply this with preset. Such as, an auto luminance based selection that concentrates only on the brightest tones. And separately, intersected with this, a brush mask 'layer' initially empty. You could include standard darkening adjustment as a starting point.

What I have in mind is: apply the preset adding mask(s) to your photo. Then activate the brush 'layer' and looely paint your window area with a big brush. The darker surround of an over-bright window would automatically be excluded from selection anyway, by the luminance "layer" so your painting of the window would not need to be carefully done. Overall, I expect the amount of work would be little different - once all steps are considered.
