P: Allow Common Shortcuts when using Korean

When using Lightroom, shortcut keys do not work while inputting Korean.

For example, frequently used 'G', 'E', 'D', etc. do not work.

When using Lightroom, we often have to input Korean through multitasking.

Switching between Korean and English input each time is a very expensive action.

I think that if you process the shortcut keys with a standard keyboard layout, you will be able to make the shortcuts work regardless of any multi-languages.

This is a way to greatly increase the productivity of non-English Lightroom users by adding simple functions.

Please consider this as a high priority.

Hmm. Are you on Mac or Windows?  Are you running Mac or Windows itself in Korean or in English?

If we're not able to reproduce the problem, I'm afraid that Adobe is very unlikely to pay much attention to the bug.

Did you try resetting?

Unfortunately, that's not about the preference issue.

My only suggestion is try resetting LR's preferences:
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/articles-page/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

Resetting often (but always) helps when LR's user interface is acting strangely.

Here's my info.

Hope I can solve this issue even if you do not implement any new features.

"shortcut keys do not work while inputting Korean. For example, frequently used 'G', 'E', 'D', etc. do not work."

When I switch my LR to run in Korean (Preferences > General > Language), the shortcuts G, E, and D all work correctly. That indicates something may be screwy in your LR installation.

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
