Hi,

  1. Description
Request for the perspective correction feature

  2. Why is this valuable to you?

For architectural photographers, I think the automatic perspective correction tool is one of the most highly anticipated features. The automatic adjustment feature of Lightroom Classic's Upright tool does not work very well in most of the cases, and to put it mildly, it is not a usable feature. In the open source tool darktable, which is a free alternative to Lightroom, this feature was implemented in 2016 and works very smoothly. I believe Adobe could easily implement this feature and I hope it will be implemented in a future update.

Really? I use Upright for my real estate work and find it quite reasonable most of time, only occasionally requiring a Guided upright. I even use with a preset post HDR batch to make my life easier (with Upright Mode not Upright Transforms saved in the preset).

Insulting the current implementation certainly won't get engineers on your side, so you may be better off describing what the issues are.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like a better implentation where there are criss cross lines that confuse the correction, but by and large Auto works for me.
