P: Book Module Lock and Unlock Text Box and Photo Containers

Adding the ability to lock down a container for a photo or text box once you have created it in the book module would make it much easier to work without constantly accidently grabbing the resize handles.

I am making a photobook that is a field guide for visiting a wild horse area.  The photos and text boxes are fairly small and while trying to click into a box to type I often accidently grab the resize bar, which is time consuming and then I have to resize.
