P: Book Module Photo Containers in Standard Photo Ratios

It would be useful to be able to pick a standard 4:3, 3:6 etc ratio for the photo container when you add it in the book module.  It would also be very useful if you could tell it to use the same size photo container that you used on a previous photo.
