P: Capture frame video scrub difficult to be precise

Now that I'm shooting 8K video and can get large still frames, I love the capture frame feature of Lightroom Classic. However, I find it difficult to scrub through the video (especially anything longer than a few seconds) because the slider to move through the video to find the frame is so short. Microscopic mouse movements jump the video a fair amount even on videos of 10 - 20 seconds. I'd love it if the slider was able to be quite a lot longer. Thanks!
