P: Comments or notes in develop module

I would sometimes find it helpful to make a note of exactly what has been done for extensive edits. Or where the difference lies compared to another image. For this reason, I am missing an option in the development module to add a note or comment to an image.

      in the EXIF Metadata set, their is a field "User Comment". Note that this is not the same as the Comments panel.

       

      Note that in the back of my head I remember, perhaps incorrectly that various edits can cause this filed to be changed, But upon a new test, I cannot duplicate.
