P: Compress camera-DNG files when Importing with "Copy as DNG"

Cameras that directly create raw files in DNG format often write uncompressed data (DJI, Leica, probably others too). These files are quite big (12mp DJI file = ~25MB; 40mp Leica file = 85MB) and can be compressed very successfully with Lightroom Classic (lossless compression typically squeezes 30-50% out of the files).

On Import, even when selecting "Copy as DNG", Lightroom Classic does not compress the files though, and copies them in their uncompressed form. It would be great if Lightroom Classic would compress camera-DNG files automatically when "Copy as DNG" is selected as the import operation.

This would improve the workflow because the separate step to compress the freshly imported files would be removed. The compressed files would result in reduced backup times directly (especially continuous online backup), and lower storage space requirements.
