P: Copy text from photos

I would like to be able to copy text from a photo, as can be done in iOS Photos app on the iPhone since 2022. This would be a huge help in Lightroom Classic for finding photos that contain text, such as travel photos of information signs.

    Thanks John, looks a little complicated to setup but I think this will work for me! This could save me a lot of time, and probably do a better job of writing detailed descriptions and captions too!

    Agreed that's a useful feature of IOS and Mac apps. While waiting for Adobe to implement this, you could use the Any Vision plugin to recognize and extract text from photos.
