P: Create a layout that accommodates MacBook "Notch"

Hi,

I was hoping for an update that optimises Lr gui for the latest mbp (it seems Macbook Air will also need this). 

At this moment, still after seven months of Mbp release and three or four updates, Lightroom is not optimised to use the screen space of the macbook pro. It reqires a workaround that produces smaller visible/usable gui or a notch is covering upper menu. 
At this moment, in practice, new 16.6" and 14" mps's that offer more screen realestate, still use the same space as the old 15" mbp's.

I would like to report this as a bug, since the mbp camera covers parts of the lr menu in fullscreen mode.
