P: create movable copy of a photo

i very often need to create a copy of a photo and move it to another folder (when i create a folder structure within one project). it would be perfect when all iterations/copies of original photo will be synced (100% identical), virtual (not using disk space until export), movable to different folders of catalogue.

"virtual copy" is not a solution because it's not movable to another folder.
