P: Display notification when clicking target-collection badge on filmstrip thumbnails

I suggest that the bezel notifications "Add to Target Collection" and "Remove from Target Collection" be implemented for badge clicks as they are for the menu and keyboard shortcut.

I recently experienced an issue whereby I found that images were being either added to or removed from target collections, apparently randomly, which caused me much frustration. I worked out that this was occurring when I selected images in the filmstrip and that in the thumbnail images, there is a "badge" which when clicked will toggle the image in or out of the collection. This can easily be done inadvertantly, but no notification is given that this has occurred, such as the bezel message displayed when the menu or keyboard shortcut is used.

Thanks to advice given, I have discovered that this behaviour can be turned off in Preferences>Interface>Filmstrip by either unchecking "Show Badges" or checking "Ignore Clicks on Badges", but for consistency of behaviour and safety the bezel notification should be implemented.

Hi @peterm64447316, thanks for reaching out!
Could you let us know which version of Lightroom Classic you’re using? A quick screen recording would also be super helpful so we can take a closer look.
As a first troubleshooting step, you might want to try resetting your Lightroom Classic preferences. Here’s how:
