P: Enable copying client comments to image metadata (e.g. Caption field)

1. I send clients scout galleries via synced collections

2. They make comments 

3. I then either refine for a tech scout or build a shot list

The issue is that user comments are specific to a Collection - if I take an image with comments (submited via a synced colection) and add it to another collection (say I take a scout image and add it to my shot list Collection) the comments aren't visible in that new collection.

Right now my workaround is to copy comments into the metadate for each image (I use the Caption field), but with 100+ images at a time this is really manual and repetitive. Would be great to have an option to sync comments to metadata.
