Flipping image does't register in history in LR Classic.

This bug/issue is really annoying since I work as a medical photographer in Helsinki University Hospital and me and my colleaques shoot a lot images wiht mirrors that need to be flipped.

If the workfow gets interrupted for some reason its hard to remember which images have been flippedd and which not.

A fix to this would ber much appreciated, thank you.

I agree, just because the history of rotation history does not exist, why not? It's certainly not big engineering nor difficult to provide. Why is it that  edit is not worth recording?

Just because "this is the way it has always been" is no reason to not change it. Hence an Idea (hmm, got moved? Ok), a Request for change.

Some things come under the concept of if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Other things come under the concept of what the heck how come? Or Duh! should of never been this way.

Fixing, say the GUI to look pretty, to look more like other apps, can be treated as no frigging way, the customer base will go to Capture One. Fixing how a tool behaves is not that.

As for using a third party plug-in, well then Adobe can code that into LrC.

Members, I for one do not normally flip, so this went unnoticed by me. Tried it out, and yep. Not being in History, means that later you will not remember you did it and will be wondering what the heck, Not being in History means you can not just go to just below that state to undo. You need to flip again instead. (well,if you had a lot of states above the flip you would have to anyhow, but..)

Try it out, see what happens. Scratch your head wondering about it.

So lets vote this one up, way up.

I've moved this to a feature request so others can vote (I just did).

Indeed, flip and rotation aren't part of History. I can't see why not. Now you need to get a lot of upvotes so hopefully the team will consider this as a feature request.
