P: Give option to increase size of slider handles

Having the ability to increase the size of the slider handles would be very helpful.  I've always found them just a bit too small when trying to click on them.

Also, more font size options would be good.  On my 1440p screen, 'medium' is too small, but 'large' is too big.  If we could specify a percentage, that would be very useful.
