P: Inconsistent Metadata Panels Across Ps, Br, and Lr — Please Standardize

This has been going on for long time now, haven't had time to post about it as I resent having to spend so much of my time doing so.

Adobe, please make you metadate panels in Ps, Br and Lr the same. Please make them work properly and make them consistent to each other. I'm about to lose my mind bc of this.

Photo 01 shows that i am unable to scroll down any further, note the scroll bars have topped out. What IS that? I can't work like this. Can't see entire fields.

Photo 02 show nice big readable metadata fields in Lr, bravo. HowEVER, if you go into Lr's metadata "edit presets" you get Photo 03, completely useless metadata fields that make me want to jump off a bridge. The "Rights Usage" field only allows one to see ONE LINE at a time. Omg. I have one client who loves to pack info into these field, it used to be so easy and smooth, now its a ridiculously frustrating and amature affair. How does Adobe allow this sort of thing to happen and continue? I hold out no hope that Adobe will care, respond or help. After all, the ridiculosly ineffiecint or non-working things I've reported over the years continue or go without response. One would think that a person using Ps etc for 25+ years would be of some value to them, but no.

Just fix the metadata stuff, Adobe. It ridiculous that we have to struggle with this considering what we spend.

I'd love to see a "Quick Input" metadata panel as part of the import process. This could show the current contents of a preset and allow changes to be made before import, without having to navigate the clunky preset UI.

Lightroom was written in Lua and is really an outlier among Adobe programs. I think metadata is a mess in both LR and Bridge, frankly, and the UI needs some serious work. Be careful with keywording as switching back and forth can cause keyword corruption. If you install EXIFTool then you can do metadata operations that go way beyond what Adobe supports.
