P: Keep setting "inside collection set"

When making collections,

'Inside a Collection Set' checkbox and droupdown is cleared every invocation

please keep it as previous 'Create' operation.

That doesn't make much sense, and I want to create collections inside specific collection set while selecting smart collection.

If you select the Collect Set, then add a new collection, the checkbox in Collection Set dialog will already be checked.
