P: Less intrusive "detecting camera" dialog when tethering.

When a camera is disconnected during tethered shooting, the "Detecting camera" dialog box is intrusive and often worries my clients.

Disconnecting a camera to change lenses, batteries, etc. is common in many shooting scenarios. While it is important to inform the user that tethering has been suspended, it would be nice to have the option for a less disruptive form of notification, especially since the computer is often relatively "client-facing" during many tethered workflows.

The tether bar changing color or being greyed out might be sufficient. At the very least, the "Detecting" window shouldn't appear over the photo in the middle of the screen.

Yes! It is so annoying. I like to turn camera off to save battery. But if the client is browsing the imagiges it gets in the way.
