P: Local B&W Image Color Filtering

Topic - Local Color Filtering in B&W Images.

I would like to be able to apply color filters locally in black and white images and not just globally (using the Black and White Mix Panel).  This could be achieved by either: 

  1) Adding a Black and White Mix Panel option for masks in black and white images or 

  2) Even better would enabling the color picker panel in the masking options for black and white images such that when we select a "color" (not a gray scale level) and adjust the luminosity of that hue, it would would change the corresponding gray scale in the selected mask area of the image.

This wchange would make it possible to much more effectiely control gray scale tones using color information.
