P: (Masking) Allow docking mask panel on the left side

When creating or multiple or more complex masks, the mask panel quickly consumes a lot of space. Docking it in the right side tool panel will reduce the working space significantly. Having it in its floating state it usually is in the way too. There I propose that the mask panel can also be docked to the left side.
