P: (Masking)Make Neck Skin separate from body skin

Hi! So this is a little thing and maybe there is already a way to do this, but in my opinion, when using the select people tool,  I do not think the neck should be part of the body's skin, instead, I think it should be part of the facial selection. As a person who wears makeup, when I do my face, I do my neck too, with this in mind, I wonder if there is a way to include the neck when selecting the facial skin area, instead of it being part of the body skin?
