P:(Masking) Select Subject, add to capability, Multi-selections, and move pin

Working in LrC v11, both MACOS and WIN, but this for all programs and ACR

Please consider the following request for change in the Select Subject Mask

• Ability to make multiple selections
• Ability to move pin
