P: (Masking) unselect one or two options

Selecting people is very good but sometimes i don't want to select clothing but i do every aspect of the 'head' and this can mean selecting 8 boxes which is very time consuming when working on dozens of images. There is only an option for Entire Person or to individually select all the options.
Can a Select All option be added so that we could unselect one or two options or even have one option that selects every part of the head? The option to unselect one or two areas, teeth or clothes for example would be very useful and speed up the editing process further.
