When the user sets a limit to Preview Cache and spproaches that limit the app continues to nag the user to change that limit with the message "Preview Cache size has reached 90% of its limit. Would you like to increase its cache size?"   I can understand wanting to let the user know that the limit is being approached, but after the decision to change or not change the limit has been made  by the user, this message should go away and never return unless the user resets the cache limit in preferences.

Agreed. Not only should there be a "Don't Show Again" checkbox, the message itself is also silly. It more or less suggests that there is only one possible action to take: increase the cache size. But this function was actually introduced to enable the opposite: to keep the cache size limited and purge previews if necessary. If I would increase the cache size every time it reaches 90% of its maximum, then I would have no reason to define a maximum in the first place!
