P: More Zoom options in Print Module

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to zoom up on the print layout in the Print Module? I am trying to create custom print templates and would like to be able to zoom in to see the layout in more detail. I know the other modules have the ability to zoom in. But I have not found anything in the print module.

Looking at the forums, this idea has been asked for since 2007.

    yes, can confirm that workaround to crop images upfront is cumbersome.

    wow. print module is completely useless to create custom layout without zoom. holy heck this needs to be fixed. this is awful

    A possibility to zoom and to add "sticky" guide lines for a precise alignment of items in the printing module would be a great improvement.

    Please could we have a zoom in the print module when creating a file for external print. Please include a zoom tool in the print module for saving to file.The examination of fine detail in image placement means that a jpeg has to be saved, exported and then examined in preview, then return to the print module to correct. Very time consuming.

    We absolutely need Zoom. I make templates for the print module. Huge problem. The bigger the doc the less I can SEE what I am doing and line up the photo boxes for collages. I have to export over and over and over to make sure things are lined up. And the Grid is no help. It is not precise enough. www.photoggoto.com

    Hey there,

    I am searching for a way to zoom in Print Module for a long time now and after talking with someone from the Adobe support, I now know that I am not only unable to find it but that it's impossible ;)

    It would be perfect if you could add this feature in LR4. I think there are many people looking for it :)
