P: move Collections panel to right side of screen

I have files going back to 2004.  I also have many, many collections, which I prefer over keywords.  

Because the Collections panel is on the same side of the screen as the Folders panel, I find that I have to scroll constantly up and down, up and down, just to add images to various collections (some images are in 5 or 6 or more collections).  This is terribly frustrating and time consuming.

It has occured to me that if the Collections panel was on the right side of the screen, along with the Keyword panel, I would be able to reduce the amount of scrolling I have to do to add photos to their various collections, thereby saving considerable time.

I realize this would be a major change, but I'd still love to see it, and I'd bet others would, too.
