P: Option to lock Interface

Like the ability to lock interface in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. 

In LR, mistakenly clicking the triangles on the panel collapses the sections. I'd like an option to lock the interface so that this won't happen. Resetting the panel slows me down.

In PS, mis-clicking and/or dragging an item on the toolbar will move the tool buttons. I then need to place them back or reset the workspace. This waste time. I'd like an option to lock the toolbars on the workspace. That way I could manually unlock the interface to rearrange tools only when desired.
