P: People Feature: Add button in Loupe view to add faces that were not previously identified

Description: In the Grid Loupe View, there is an icon that you can use to draw & name faces that have been missed by the automatic people scan ("Draw Face Region"). It gets tedious to draw these all by hand, esp. with photos containing multiple faces. Thus I would like to suggest adding a button that re-scans the currentimage automatically, including adding a suggested name.

Benefit: speeds up assigning names to people.
