P: Remove Water Spots on front of dive housing

I would like to see spot and particle removal added for underwater photography. Similar to Dust spot removal from sensor. It would be such an incredible boost to underwater photographers to be able to use AI to remove water spots that gather on the dome during dives. They look very similar to dust spots on the sensor.

I would also like to see the ability to detect more dust spots. Separate issue, but when I shoot underwater I use live view mode because an underwater monitor is another $5K. As a result I get a lot of very small dust spots after a while. Dust spot removal does not detect them all. I will attach a good example of what photos can look like underwater. You can imagine the amount of work to clean this up. I typically use the remove tool and lens blur to get the background clean, but if you could find away to fix this with AI, it would be a game changer for every professional underwater photographer out there.
