P: Retain Number suffix after coming back from PS or After denoise

Before going to PS both number suffix (filename or original) are OK

After going back from PS Filename suffix is gone but original is ok. Why not 

But if you use the denoise by AI  that create a DNG from the initial RAW. Both are gone. So Bug. The original should stay
