P: RGB photometry support in JPEG

I discovered that when saving JPEG files in Adobe LR, banding began appearing on smooth color gradients, even at maximum quality. If I save the file as an 8-bit TIFF and then convert it to JPEG using FastStone, I can select RGB as the photometric type in the saving options, ensuring flawless gradients.
