P: Simple Text Overlay in Develop

Simple Text Overlay function in LightRoom Classic (and LR too) will be a very welcome addition
We do a lot of social media posts now that requires some non-complex desigh

Functions like Text Overlay and Image Overlay (including transparent PNGs) for adding some logo, stickers, emojis and texts within LrC in Edit module without touching Book module will be really helpful and will speed-up common contemporaty workflows.
