P: Snapshot name templates in preferences

Snapshot default name as the last step in History not as a date and time.

This could be only as an option, set up in preferences. Something like export files naming that is customizable.
Examples of potential snapshots names base on order number and last step.
{#} - {last step} 🙂

Snapshots:

"03 - BW 1

02 - Adaptive Engance Portrait

01 - Exposure +0.55"

Reason:

This would make list of snapshot less enigmatic. The 'date and time' is sorted nicely chronologically but tells us nothing about the nature of the particular snapshot itself.
Snapshot names like:

"2024-01-18 10:03:19 PM"
make sure they are not duplicated and in order but are vague about its' content.
