P: Speed up the Catalog Back-up

Backing up an LR catalogue in Lightroom Classic (including ‘Verify Integrity’ and ‘Optimize catalogue’) can take quite a long time. If the catalogue contains around 150,000 photos, the two files being backed up will be over 20 GB. In this case, the backup takes a good 10 minutes. 
The task is a “single-core process”. That is why I would ask:
Please revise this part of the program so that the backup utilizes all CPU cores. There are examples online showing that a script can be used to speed up the catalogue backup in this way.
Integrating this speed-up feature into the program would be very welcome.
