P: Swap Develop panels for Left-Handers

I'm a left-hander, and I find that using a Wacom tablet with Lightroom is incredibly cumbersome at times. This is due to the fact that all of the develop panels are on the right side of the screen, and accessing them with my pen means crossing my arm all the way across my body to the right so that the pen can access the sliders on the right panel. My idea is to add a "left-handed mode" that would simply swap the location of the left/right panels, making it easier to access the develop (and other currently-right-sided) panels when using a pen tablet.

It’s taken some time but Adobe has finally listened. A few weeks ago Lightroom CC for iOS got an upgrade that allows for left handed use.

Adding my voice to the others - it looks like this has been an issue for a long time. I am so glad I saw this thread before making a purchase. I thought I would try editing out on my husband's Surface Pro 4 and it was frustrating having my hand in front of the photo while trying to use the sliders. Please help the lefties out!

not being able to move panels may be an accessibility issue for some disabled users and should be addressed by adobe as such.

> saying that iOS has lefty panels is irrelevant to this thread
I was replying to Christopher, who stated he was contemplating upgrading to Lightroom CC, and didn't specific which operating system he was planning to use.

I really do not care about mobile Lightroom apps. My money is invested in using my desktop Wacom digitizer for fine grained editing. Using iOS is fine for some users, but most of us are still using desktops, and of those probably more than 20% of us are left handed. So saying that iOS has lefty panels is irrelevant to this thread.

How disappointing that Adobe doesn't care about their left handed customers.   Recently purchased a 2 in1 and have been using Lightroom 5.7.1    Was contemplating upgrading to Lightroom CC..... not anymore.  It is was too difficult to work on photos being a lefy.... will look for another vendor that appreciates their left handed customers.

Another lefty vote for this. We're about 15% of the population, and probably a greater percentage of Lightroom users, as several studies show an over-representation of lefties in the arts. This just wouldn't seem to be any major programming, swap the panels, and a y-displacement for the flyovers. After we get Adobe to do this, let's move to the camera manufacturers for us left-eyers!

And another vote. I'd also love an option to fix the panels to their current position and state. When rotating an image I regularly find myself enlarging a panel instead of rotating because I moved the cursor just a notch too far to the right. Or I erroneously touch the tab key and all my panels are gone. I hate that. They could make the program a lot more user friendly by letting users decide how they want to interface with it.
