P: Tethering : Single Button Press Focus / Capture

It would be grand to have a single button press that focuses the camera and then captures images while tethering.

I am nowhere near my camera so can't control it physically and the two button, only pressable with a mouse solution to focus the camera and then capture the image is really slowing down the process. The Nikon tethering software gives the option to select "Focus/Capture" or "Capture" which is what I am after. 

At the very least, onlock these functionalities into the menus so that they can be mapped into a Mac keyboard shortcut.
