Would like to click on "never tell me about new product features ever again" and have that respected forever

I am continually annoyed that Adobe products,  including Lightroom,  are popping up modal dialogs telling me about new features as soon as I start them.  This often distracts me from a task that I am doing under time pressure or other stress.

I have attention issues,  and I need accomodation for this disability.  Every pop-up like this needs a checkbox that I can check on to make sure that I never get one ever again.
