Allow the orientation of editing and library panels to be changed from side to side.

As a left handed person, it would be nice to have the editing panel to be on the left side, so that I can maintain more control of my Apple Pencil.

What version of Lightroom are you referring to? Lightroom for iPad already has that option, and as you mention an Apple Pencil, it sounds like that is the one you may be using. Tap on the three dots, then App Settings, then Input.
