I am experiencing a persistent failure when editing video files in the Lightroom mobile app. While the app functions correctly for photo editing, it triggers two distinct error codes that block critical "write" actions for video metadata, effectively disabling cross-clip editing. Steps to ReproduceOpen any video clip in the Lightroom mobile app. Apply any adjustment (e.g., Light, Color, or Effects). To trigger 20190613a: Attempt to select "Create Preset" from the menu. To trigger 20190613b: Attempt to select "Copy Settings" from the menu. ObservationsError 20190613a: Specific to the failure of saving or creating a new preset from a video. Error 20190613b: Specific to the failure of copying and pasting settings between video clips. Isolated to Video: Both of these actions work perfectly fine on photo files(JPEG/RAW) within the same app session.Troubleshooting Already AttemptedFull Reinstallation: Deleted the app and downloaded a fresh copy from the App Store. You can no longer tab between text fields when updating the Info fields or adding keywords. You have to manually select the text box and then type.

No matter what I want to do in Lightroom, as soon as I click on something, I get a “No response” message for two minutes while the program freezes. When it seems to start working again, the same thing happens—it freezes at the first click. This happens at every move, no matter if just trying to open a menu or trying to use color grading etc. I would like to use it, after all, I pay for it, but no way currently. My Hardware is from 2026 with a Nvidia RTX 3080 and Intel Processor, so that should not be the problem (and LR Classic, Photoshop and all others working perfectly fine). Thank you very much.  

The newest Lightroom Update from February 2026 (Version 9.2) is still missing in the macOS App Store. Is there a reason for this? Thanks!

Denoise keeps glitching my computer and won’t let me make edits after i try to apply it to a photo. 

I’ve investigated this for at least a couple of hours to no avail.  Windows 11, Lightroom Creative Cloud version 9.2.  All of a sudden the app simply won’t open.  The little progress circle appears next to the cursor, and after a couple of seconds it disappears and Lightroom hasn’t loaded.  I sits in Task Manager under Background Processes, with status “Suspended”.   I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both Lightroom and Creative Cloud.  I’ve updated graphics drivers and I’ve read that could be the issue.  Nothing has resolved this yet. What is going on?  I’m currently paying for software that refuses to open.

I don't suppose anyone here is an expert on phone photography? I'm certainly not. For a fair while, ive been using the Adobe Lightroom app for taking photos with my iPhone 7. I prefer the Lightroom app over the phone’s default camera app because you can manually set the white balance. Handy when shooting under artificial lighting indoors. Usually, photos taken with the Lightroom app end up in a library within that app. However, yesterday, the interface of this app looked a bit different than usual when I opened it up. And I was asked to sign in. Ive never had to do that before with this app. I do have an Adobe account (which I normally use on my pc) and I used that to sign in on the app. I took a bunch of photos with this app afterwards but when I got home, they were nowhere to be seen. The Lightroom library shows the previous photos that were taken (over the last several weeks and months.) But there is no sign of yesterday's photos (that were taken after I signed in.) I also looked in

Using Lightroom Classic with iOs system.  While on a trip a companion air dropped the trip pictures on her phone to my MacBook.  They were JPG and MOV files air dropped and saved in my downloads folder.  I then opened LR and attempted to import & move them into my LR organizing system.  There were more than 300 images and all but 12 imported just fine.  The 12 were a mix of the JPG and MOV files and were just left in downloads.  When I try to import those 12 again, they are darkened and showing that they were imported already.  I have double checked and they did NOT import---but LR won’t let me select them again to do another import to pick them up.  I had followed the same procedure with other air dropped images and had no problems.  But these last 12 are giving me fits.  How do I get them imported when I can’t select them?  Thanks.

I just did an update with my Lightroom Lr (cloud) and now I am having trouble with my exports. I want to set a custom name and have the number sequence after one and other by using "export with previous settings" but its not working I don't know where they are going. I have to do a reset with every image I export. Please help

I’m getting an error page when I try to access Lightroom web via Chrome.I subscribed to Lightroom mobile through Google Play Store about a week ago and the web version used to work fine along with the app, but I’ve been getting this error page for several days now.I tried deleting all browing history including caches, cookies, and site data. ​I also tried using a different browser (Edge) but encountering the same problem.When I log out of my account from the Adobe page, the page loads fine. But once I log back in, all I get is the error message.Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

After recent updates I’ve encountered some unexpected behavior regarding the Sony A7V Beta Profiles in my cross-platform workflow between Lightroom Desktop (Mac OS) and Lightroom on iPad Pro.I have been enjoying the Beta Profile support for the Sony A7V so far, but I’ve noticed some challenges with the most recent updates that I’m hoping you can help me resolve.The Situation:Currently, the synchronization between devices seems to be struggling with the Beta Profile metadata: Profile Reversion: When I open a Sony A7V file on my iPad, the app doesn't seem to recognize the Beta Profile applied on Desktop and defaults to Adobe Standard. Metadata Sync: Once the file syncs back from the iPad to the Mac, I often see a "Profile Missing" error on the Desktop version, which suggests the sync process might be losing the profile reference. I have two images. In Image A, if I were to click on Detail>Super Resolution, Lightroom grabs and using the image from Image B. In the Image below, I have selected the the circled file. It should look like the thumbnail under User Presets but It is showing the file that has the arrows. This is not working independantly.
