Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

How do I disable the automatic centering that now occurs when cropping in lightroom mobile with the latest update? The app automatically centers the crop on what it believes to be the subject, and I don't want to keep fighting the app to edit my photos the way that I want to edit them.

After the Lightroom 11.5 update on Android 16 (Samsung S24 Ultra, OneUI 8.5), we can not any longer make minor adjustments when cropping and moving an image, as it jumps back and forth due to the guidelines "guiding" the photo. Before the guidelines were introduced yesterday, everything worked flawlessly. We really need to be able to make minor adjustments without these restrictions, just like we used to!Thank you. 

Hi! The RAW files I've shot with my new Canon R5 Mark II don't open on the cloud-based Lightroom (my favorite lightroom app). I've already installed the newest MacOS Sequoia (15.3.1) and restarted my macbook and lightroom app. When I try to open a file I see the image attached under this message. I really hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance! 

I have just migrated my desktop lightroom classic catalogue to lightroom cloud and think I've made a big mistake. I've lost the album and referencing system for the photos remaining on the desktop. Is there a fix for this please? I have managed with collections and folders on the desktop with Lightroom Classic for over 10 years, and never had significant issues apart from speed with large catalogues. I have now take the plunge and gone to lightroom on the cloud thinking that everything would be synced across all devices, but now see that only the folder view remains on the desktop, and this does not replicate the cloud view of albums (previously collections) . It is also taking an inordinate amount of time doing the first sync . I have a fairly high spec desktop but it is going at a snails pace. Is there a work round for replicating the album structure from cloud to device without having to re- download everything that has been uploaded? Any ideas please? Or is there a good manual avai

Synced collection from LRC (LR Classic ) containing photos that are already synced (either preview synced or original uploaded to could) does not properly sync to to LR /LR Web. i.e collections show up as albums but images only sync one wayBasic Details LRC Version 15.5 LR Version 9.5Windows Version 10 and  11 25H2Tested behavior : -  1.New synced collection created LRC shows up in LR,2.Album created in LR shows up in LRC,3.Added single image from LRC into both albums, in LR thumbnail of the corresponding album changes but shows 0 images. Hello, I have a question about a Lightroom subscription refund.My Lightroom subscription was automatically renewed because I forgot to cancel it before the next billing period. The payment was charged two days ago, and I cancelled the subscription on the same day after noticing the charge.I understand that refunds are usually only available within 14 days of the initial purchase, but I wanted to ask if there is any possibility of getting a refund for this renewal payment as a one-time exception.Has anyone had a similar situation, or does anyone know if Adobe support can help with this kind of request?Thank you for your help.

I have some presets that I'd like to load into Lightroom mobile, but it seems impossible for me to do that, is there a specific feature in the app that I have to use?

from version 9.5 just downloaded today (Aug 7, 2026), cannot set the exposure or any value to format "x,y", just can set "1, 2, 3, 4, or 5"

Recommended preset options (headlines/sections for Subtle, Bright, Dark, Cinematic, HDR, etc) are no longer visible on the app. They went missing after the app was updated yesterday (most recent update)  

LR Mobile 11.4.20 - iPhone 17PM - iOs 26.5.2  Just completed the latest LR Mobile update and went to work. Immediately I noticed that I cannot make any fine cropping adjustments. Image in crop mode jumps to +/-50 and straight back to zero. Nothing in-between, unfortunately.

One of the main reason I and many others stick with Adobe, is that with Portfolio it offers a built-in portfolio website builder. Since I have created my website four years ago, no updates have been made to the system and it’s starting to feel out of date. Adobe really needs to keep this feature up to date if it wants to keep users from ditching Adobe for a cheaper alternative and different portfolio website provider. Edit: I have no idea why this post has been moved to the Lightroom board, but the fact that there is no dedicated Portfolio board underlines my point.

I can’t get this open on my desktop

I bought Lightroom monthly subscription on my AppStore.  At AppStore it is written as “active” but in reality my Lightroom app  says that I don’t have any subscription plans purchased. I don’t understand the issue. What should I do as a next step

After the latest update last night, lightroom ipad freezes when pasting copied settings to a number of photos. When exporting hundreds of photos the screen freezes- ipad mini 7th gen a17 pro

After using Remove tool for AI removal once or twice it freezes lightroom so I can't click anything and has a select remove to get started blue box. Nothing works. Have to restart again and again. I open up lightroom, remove one item or maybe a few at times, then it freezes and I’m unable to click anything and unable to get back to the remove tool. It just shows the select remove to get started box. I have a project to get to a client tonight so this is very frustrating that I have to re-open lightroom again and again. I updated to the latest version and it still gives me this issue. Also the yellow AI updating is not working at all.   

I was a member of the Lightroom Beta channel/forums back in my Community Professional days. I would like to get removed from tat forum as I keep getting e-mails when there is a new update.
