FOR SOME DUMB REAOSN I thought I’d be safe updating Lightroom on my iPad this time. I thought maybe this time they would move the delete button back to where my muscle memory tells me it should be. Related post: BUT NO, the button is still in the wrong place and this time you guys took away a useful feature too! You used to be able to long press on masks to see how it looks without the mask turned on. That’s now gone. Now you just get the menu by long pressing.  WHAT THE HELL ADOBE?!? WHY DO YOU INSIST ON DOING THESE NONSENSE CHANGES. You guys have no respect for your users at all. It feels so bad to be a paying customer (for years and years) and having to deal with this bullshit!Can you please just stop doing crap like this? 

The is an option on each photo to select x or a check mark. When culling through photos in a large gallery I like to go through and X out the ones I don’t want to use. Then to remove them, I have to hold CTRL and select each X to delete them. Why doesn't LR offer a way to select only the X photos or checked photos in a gallery with one click? It would significantly speed up the process. 

In Lightroom mobile camera, DNG photos are coming out totally green and color tone is entirely off. Jpg are fine. This is on android 16, Snapdragon 8 elite, Lightroom version 11.3.1. I am using oneplus 13s. 

Images render differently when you zoom in after brightness edits. Tested on 9.6 on MacOS 27 on an M5 Max MacBook Pro with compressed raw files from my a7R V. Seems to always be present to varying degrees but most noticeable after large changes, particularly if done with the curve settings.

Hi.  I am using Lightroom (Lr) and Lightroom Classic (LrC) on a Windows 11 PC.  I use Lr as my master, to add and edit photos in the cloud, and then LrC syncs them to my PC.  I am only using LrC when I need a more sophisticated search function (or similar), and avoid editing with it, mostly to avoid confusing myself about the location of the master copy.  This has been working fine for a few months, but in the last couple of days something has changed: there is now a mismatch between what Lr and LrC regard as edited photos.  For example, if I do a filter search in Lr and LrC for the total number of photos I have for a particular camera, then they both agree on the number.  If I then add ‘Edited is true’ or ‘Edited is false’ to the filters, then Lr and LrC give me different numbers.  LrC’s number of edited photos is higher than Lr’s and from my point of view LrC’s is incorrect.  It counts photos I have not edited as edited.  It’s like LrC is seeing something that Lr is doing as an edit,

After Lightroom Cloud signed me out and updated, 20,000+ photos from 2025–2026 disappeared. Only older photos remain, storage dropped to 167GB, and Deleted is empty. I have a 1TB plan. How can I recover my missing photos and edits?

I created a collection in LrC, added photos to it, and synced it with Lightroom.  I went to Lightroom and the folder was there but the photos weren’t.  They don’t show up in All Sync Errors in LrC.  How come my photos won’t sync from LrC to Lightroom

I’m looking through “all photos” scrolling side to side. Right clicking after selecting single or multiple photos pops up the right-click menu with the option to scroll DOWN to see all options. Why would i do that? That’s the bottom of my screen.Why doesn’t the menu pop UPWARDS and display all options? 

I recently switched to a new iPhone and logged into Lightroom, but the app doesn’t recognize my existing Lightroom Premium subscription, which I paid for on my old phone. I’ve tried restoring my purchase, but it hasn’t worked. Could you please help me restore access to my subscription?

How do I reproduce this error?  Well…At first, I got it almost every time I exported photos.Now, I am not allowed to perform object masking.If I can’t edit my photos, please remind me what I’m paying for.I first reported the problem exporting files two weeks ago.  Aside from one set of suggestions, of which I ran through every one, the problem is neither solved nor worked around.Aside from those suggestions, which did not solve my problem, I have heard only crickets.DON’T YOU HAVE A TECHNICAL SUPPORT GROUP??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!

When I go in the Lightroom app and go to my camera roll n trying to import the last few pics in my phone, they don’t show up. 5-6 are missing even tho they’re in my phone camera roll. When I go to select the album I can even see the pic previewed but when I click it it’s not there ?

Lightroom displays HDR photos on the iPhone Duo's outer screen, but not the inner screen. HDR becomes unavailable when unfolded and works again when folded.

  The issue should be self-evident. Tested on macOS Tahoe.

Hi everyone,I’m using Adobe Lightroom free Mobile (iOS version 11.6.10) on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I’m experiencing a major issue.New photos remain stuck on “Importing Pending.” I also cannot use any editing tools, all greyed out. The app has become unusable.I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom, but the problem persists. We are building an integration with the Lightroom Partner API (Lightroom Services on an OAuth Web App credential; the project is in "In Development" status with beta users added). Symptom: from our production server (hosted at Hetzner) authenticated calls are refused with a generic HTML page. GET https://lr.adobe.io/v2/account with our X-API-Key and a valid user access token returns HTTP 403, Server: adobe, Content-Type: text/html, and the body is the generic "403 Forbidden ... openresty" page. What we verified:- The IMS authorization-code exchange succeeds and the token is valid: issued for our client, scopes openid, AdobeID, lr_partner_apis, lr_partner_rendition_apis, offline_access.- An invalid token gets a normal JSON error (HTTP 401, code 4002), so the gateway validates tokens before it refuses us.- GET /v2/health with only our API key returns 200 from a regular home internet connection, but 403 from our server.- Same result with two different Adobe accounts (the project owner and

We use adobe cloud heavily on our studio. We use the albums to store different clients photos and use the lightroom web to upload the photos on the cloud. After the recent update our android phone and tablet that we use to edit photos keeps crashing whenever we try to view all the albums. The thumbnails are not showing. I personally use the LR mobile on the phone to edit my personal street photography photos but I cant do it right now because it is crashing constantly. This is the first time that we experienced this issue. We tried to use my partners LR Mobile on her iPhone and it works smoothly. We tried everything, clearing all the phone and tablets LR Mobile cache, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the issues still persists. We checked if there are sync issues via the LR web but there is non. It heavily affects our business.

Before anyone says “just delete them on lr desktop” these are the built in profiles that you can’t delete. I have them hidden on desktop but hiding is device specific. I can’t hide them on lr mobile (iPad), so I just have all these groups that I’ve never used nor will use cluttering up the space. The functionality to hide is already there for presets, I don’t understand why there isn’t an option for profiles! Very frustrating.  While I’m here, it’s also ridiculous that you can’t delete profiles by group or multi select on desktop. Incredibly annoying. It’s things like this that have made it difficult for me to want to switch from just using lr classic on a laptop. 

When I try to scroll through the recommended presets to choose one or lick on „more like this“ then it jumps back to the beginning. Does not matter how far you scroll. 

Title: Does Lightroom desktop on Mac preserve a renamed RAW filename when exporting as DNG from Lightroom Cloud?I use PhotoCuller on my iPad to rename RAW files before importing them into the cloud-based Lightroom app. My filenames follow a convention such as 20261024_TestShoot_001.DNG.I have discovered that when I export an edited photograph as a DNG from Lightroom on my iPad, the resulting filename appears to revert to the original camera filename rather than retaining my PhotoCuller-renamed filename.I’m considering subscribing to the Lightroom plan with 1TB cloud storage, so that I can use Lightroom on both my iPad and Mac.My questions are:If I rename a RAW file in Lightroom on iPad and let it synchronise to Lightroom Cloud, does the renamed filename remain available in the cloud-based Lightroom desktop app on Mac? If I then export that photograph as a DNG from Lightroom desktop on Mac, selecting File Naming → Original name, will the exported DNG retain the PhotoCuller-renamed filen

I spent a lot of time editing an image in Lightroom (Mac v8.4).  Global edits and masking.  I made sure it synced to the cloud.  I came back a few days later to make some adjustments.  Again made sure it synced.  I published it to the community.  Then, I closed Lightroom, and opened Lightroom Classic so it could sync there and then publish it to Flickr (yes, I still use that).  Lightroom Classic (v14.4) removed all my edits and masks, then synced that back to Lightroom.  Now my edits are all gone!  Is there a way to recover this?  The image in the Community still shows as the edited version.  Sure, I could re-create the edits based off that, but re-doing the masks is going to be a pain.  Why is syncing so broken?!?
