Lightroom se queda colgado tras importar imágenes: causas y soluciones rápidas

hola. Después de importar las fotos, cuando voy a hacer cualquier cosa en Archivo, Revelar, Editar, etc, si pincho en cualquier opción. el lightroom se queda parado, no lo puedo ni cerrar, se queda cuajado!!!

Buenos días.

Al final, para solucionar el problema tuve que reinstarlar el ordenador desde 0. Fué la única manera de solucionar el problema. Después todo fué bien.

A mi me pasa exactamente lo mismo y tengo Mac, tambien he desinstalado y he vuelto a instalar y sigo con el mismo problema, he creado un nuevo catalogo y tampoco es la solución. A ver si dan con la tecla y pueden arreglarlo mientras tanto estoy con la versión anterior.

y esta es la configuración de mi ordenador:

RAM instalada 32,0 GB (31,8 GB usable)

Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, procesador basado en x64

Lápiz y entrada táctil La entrada táctil o manuscrita no está disponible para esta pantalla

Efectivamente, lo que he intentado para solucionar el problema es desinstalar Lightroom quitando todo lo antiguo y volviendo a instalarlo desde 0 como si de un nuevo ordenador se tratase. He instalado la versión más actual desde el CCD de adobe , pero sigue sin funcionar.

Siempre me ha funcionado sin ningún problema y he trabajado super bien, pero desde hace 4 días, imposible poder trabajar.

No ocurre lo mismo con Photoshop, que lo arranco y funciona bien.

Estoy un poco desesperado en poder encontrar la solución y poder seguir trabajando.

Go to the Edit menu in Lightroom, then Preferences, then Performance, and disable the option to Use Graphics Processor. Once you've done this, relaunch Lightroom to see if that makes a difference.
