P: (macOS & Win) LrD v9.4 Text watermark in Export is no longer working after update

Same thing here. After running that last update to Lightroom, I can’t use the watermark feature.

When I choose it, it auto populates a generic name (my account name) but if I try and alter it in anyway, it deletes the watermark text field and can’t be seen on the screen anymore. Even when I type in new text in the Watermark text field, it shows the words there, but not on the preview screen or on the final output export. Just a blank space.

I’ve tried adjusting the font, style, color, anchor, size, opacity etc but no change. Anyone find a fix for this? Adobe?

I’m on a Mac running Sonoma 14.7.6. Adobe Creative Cloud. Lightroom version 9.4. 

I’ve restarted the app. Computer. Reset the Cache. Reset preferences. Nothing works.

Same issue here on Dell Windows.  I can export the default watermark, but if I change the text and try to export it crashes.  

A watermark is appearing that I used before, and when I click customize to change the text, the new typing does not appear on the image. I cannot type in new text for a watermark, it is blank. When I try to export this image without the watermark, the program crashes.

Is anyone else having this problem? This is super frustrating. My workflow is completely stalled at this point due to being unable to add a watermark.
