The ability to manually tag people in Lightroom CC. 

When a face is missed by face recognition, partly covered (e.g. face mask), or turned away from the camera, the user should be able to manually tag the person.

Quality in meta data is essential when working with larger photo collections. Without the ability to ensure correct tagging, the search functionality looses much of its value.
