used to use HDR editing and one day about 2 weeks ago it stopped working and says it's not compatible with my Pixel 10 Pro XL. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps.

    Thank you, Srishti,

I had been using the HDR feature on many images from several different cameras. About 3 weeks ago it stopped working. Said it's not compatible with my phone. I think it may have coincided with an Android update. Here are the screenshots. I can enable HDar but the histogram shows it's non functional. When I press on the histogram I get that compatability message.

    Thanks!

    Hi @daphnem7225849

Apologies for the delayed response and the trouble you’re experiencing with HDR editing on your Pixel 10 Pro XL.

Could you please confirm when this issue started happening? Also, did you install any Lightroom or Android OS updates around the time HDR stopped working?

Additionally, could you please review the HDR editing instructions in the Adobe Help article below and confirm whether you’re following the same workflow and settings? Edit HDR photos in Lightroom on mobile

Please let us know whether you’re following these steps and at which point you see the message stating that your device is not compatible. If possible, please also share a screenshot of the compatibility message. This will help us investigate the issue further.

Thanks, Srishti Bali | Community & Engagement Strategist, Digital Imaging | Adobe
