P: Ability to disable the green outlines in manual focus in Lightroom Camera mode

The manual focus is an awesome feature since for some insane reason Apple decided to omit a manual focus even on the Pro model iPhones that are supposed to be for high end photo and video work.

However, the green outlines in the manual focus mode in the Lightroom Camera capture are horrendous, distracting, and usually makes me shoot out of focus because the outlines don't do a good to help job dialing in focus.

GIVE US THE ABILITY TO DISABLE THE GREEN OUTLINES PLEASE

Hi all, I am myopic, but am able to focus well without any assist of corrective lenses or, for the matter a green coloured tint that comes up when using the manual focus of My Lightroom camera. This did not come up on Android (2gigs of RAM) but comes up on the iPad 2022 model.

I tried disabling it, but to no avail. Maybe I am missing a setting somewhere?

Any help would be good!

Thanks in advance.

Hello @Arnav Sawhney

Is the issue that you are using Pro mode in the Lightroom Camera, and have tapped the 'Auto' button between WB and Reset, to enter manual focus mode?  If so, the green highlights that show what's in focus are part of the design of the app and are expected.

If you prefer not to use the manual focus slider, double-tap that button to switch it back off  (so that it says +Auto again), and then simply use tap to focus, and what's in the white square should be in focus.

Greetings, thank You for the reply. Unfortunately it does not provide a solution. I want no green stuff. Yet, I would love to use the manual focus function. I am willing to wait if a development towards that direction is mandated so that I can use manual focus on iPadOS without the green focus assist,
