P: add a minimal tool to show where performance bottlenecks occur

Often it is difficult to tell what is the reason for a performance bottleneck.

For debug purposes, Lr likely has detailed logging/capturing capability of the system. It would be awesome to add a minimal tool to show where the largest lags are. e.g. Disk, memory, CPU, GPU, network....
