P: Add Folder and album sort order options

In the left side panel I would just like the ability to arrange folders, and albums within those folders, in any order. 

At present, you can drag a folder into another folder. I'd like to be able also to drag a folder to another position. Other apps offer that option. I'm not a Mac user but I believe in the Mac photo app you can drag folders wherever you want.

Or, you could provide a custom option in the sort box that would freely allow the arrangement folders and albums according to the user's individual taste.

I don't have a preference how this is done. My request is just that it is done, if at all possible. Thanks again.

It would be nice if you could include some specifics about what you would like to see in Folder/Album Sort capability.  Can you list a few items you think we be good to add to the product?
