P: Add support for video files on Android

Lightroom CC on Windows supports video files, at least for visualization and upload on cloud.
Please provide at least the same support on the Android App.
It is quite pointless to upload ONLY the pictures from the mobile phone and not the video

This is getting pretty ridiculous by now. Why is it so hard to add uploading and syncing for video to the Android app.

And videos I upload with the desktop app are not even shown on Android. So the count of media files always differs between desktop/web and Android.

Pretty lame for 12 € a month!

Yes. You need to use the web app (any browser should be ok, like Chrome). https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries

This is so sad. There should be a huge warning that videos are not backed up from Android app. For over a month, I thought my videos were backed up until I just discovered they were not... Just horrible!

This is essential functionality. It feels like a bug when only a portion of your mobile album is available in lightroom.

Please add video support to android. It is very limiting.

As you Android users know, the LR CC Mobile doesn't import or upload videos to LR CC.

I found this one thread which requests this feature for Android:
https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/add-support-for-video-files-on-lightroom-cc-f...

  1. Any other threads that request this feature?
  2. Until video import and upload for android is added to LR CC Mobile, does anyone know methods for getting Android videos into LR?

Yes I was 100% sold on the idea of paying £10 a month for Lightroom CC and the 1TB cloud storage until I discovered that all of my Galaxy S8 albums I spent a long time carefully uploading did not include the videos. The service doesn't work for me until it can upload both from mobile.

Here's another post about this concept: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lightroom-mobile-video-import

Is Adobe listening?
