P: add the ability to increase/decrease exposure or shadows with the (+/-) buttons in Lightroom

Please add the ability to increase/decrease exposure or shadows with the (+/-) buttons in Lightroom (CC) NOT classic. Not having the ability to alter the sliders with the keyboard on MacBook Pro running Lightroom is frustrating.

In Lightroom Classic, you can modify the lighting in the develop panel with keyboard shortcuts. But with a Mac laptop that is running Lightroom Creative Cloud version, it does not allow you to use the same +/- keys to change the slider amounts and when you aren't using a mouse when traveling and it’s a big inconvenience for workflow.
